STEPS FOR INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL:

Obtain Travel Documents: Secure passports, visas, and any other necessary travel documentation well in advance, making sure to keep copies.

Know Customs and Immigration: Familiarize yourself with customs and immigration procedures for both Egypt and all countries on your itinerary.

Embassy Contact: Carry the address and phone number of your home country's Embassy, High Commission, or Consulate in the country you're visiting.

 

BAGGAGE & PACKING:

Carry-On Preparation: Pack your carry-on baggage in accordance with the latest regulations, ensuring compliance with size and content restrictions.

Checked Baggage: Pack checked baggage while adhering to current regulations, and consider pre-registering special items such as sports equipment.

Valuables: Keep valuables like money, travel documents, and medications in your carry-on baggage to ensure they remain accessible during your journey.

Gift Wrapping: Leave gifts unwrapped to facilitate security and customs inspections.

Security Guidelines: Review security requirements and guidelines for packing to avoid prohibited items in both carry-on and checked baggage.


CHECK-IN:

Arrival Time: Arrive at the airport on time, adhering to official check-in and boarding deadlines.

Travel Documents: Hold your passport, National I.D. Card, and flight ticket ready for presentation to the check-in agent.

 

ONLINE CHECK-IN:

Availability: Online Check-In is open between 24 and four hours before scheduled departure for international flights.

Requirements: Passengers with electronic tickets and confirmed reservations on Nesma Airlines-operated flights are eligible for Online Check-In.

Document Verification: International passengers must verify their passports and visa documents at the check-in counter.

Baggage Drop: Check-in baggage must be presented at the counter no later than TWO hours before departure.

Special Cases: Unaccompanied minors and handicapped passengers should not check-in online and require special assistance.
