Pet Policy for Nesma Airlines Egypt
At Nesma Airlines Egypt, we understand that your furry friends are part of the family. That's why we welcome cats and dogs to accompany you on your journey. Here are some important guidelines to ensure a smooth travel experience for both you and your pet:
• Only cats and dogs are permitted to travel in the cabin.
• It is the passenger's responsibility to ensure that their pets have the necessary travel documents, including health vaccination certificates and approval from the Embassy of the destination if applicable. Please note that pets are subject to customs regulations at the country of transit and final destination.
• Pets must be accompanied by a valid health vaccination certificate or Embassy approval if required.
• The passenger assumes full responsibility for their pet during travel.
• Nesma Airlines shall not be liable for any injury, loss, delay, sickness, or death of pets, or if they are refused entry into any country, state, or territory.
• The total weight of the pet and its cage must not exceed 7 KG.
• Passengers will be charged for the actual weight of the pet and the cage according to the current excess baggage rate, even if it falls within the passenger's baggage allowance.
• The maximum dimensions for the pet's cage are 55L x 40W x 25H centimeters.
• Only one pet is allowed per cage, and only one cage is permitted per passenger.
• A maximum of 2 pets are accepted per flight.
• Carrying larger animals or additional animals in the cargo hold is not permitted.
