EXPECTANT MOTHERS

An expectant mother, a passenger expecting the birth of a child, is generally not considered incapacitated, but certain guidelines must be followed:

Up to 28 Weeks of Pregnancy: Passengers may travel if they have completed the Expectant Mother Pregnancy Declaration Form.

From the 29th Week to the 36th Week of Pregnancy (Up to the Beginning of the 9th Month): Passengers may travel if:
• They have filled out the Expectant Mother Pregnancy Declaration Form.
• They possess a "Fit for Air Travel" medical certificate signed by a doctor within 24 hours before air travel.

Starting from the 36th Week of Pregnancy (9th Month): Passengers with normal pregnancies and no history of premature labor can travel up to the 36th week. After that:
• Passengers must provide a medical certificate from their treating physician confirming no imminent delivery and specifying the expected delivery date.
• They need a "Fit for Air Travel" medical certificate, also signed within 24 hours of air travel.
• Completion of the Expectant Mother Pregnancy Declaration Form is required.

Note: Expectant mothers within seven days before or after delivery are not permitted to fly on Nesma Airlines.
